Yes, these procedures can be performed at the same time, if the board certified plastic surgeon is an expert at all procedures. Lipo is performed with BBL and the harvested fat can be transferred to the buttocks and breast.Search for the board certified plastic surgeon who you feel is most likely to give you the best results and who performs hundreds of these procedures each year. I would look at patient reviews as well as before and after photos on that surgeon's website. Then schedule a consultation to discuss all your concerns.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA
Thank you for your question, Yes, fat can be liposuctioned from other areas of your body and transferred into your breasts and buttocks. Liposuction, Fat Transfer to the breast and a Brazilian Butt Lift is a common multi-procedure surgery for my practice. Though these procedures can all be done in one surgery you should make a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to find out what is best for you.Best Of Luck!Dhaval Patel Plastic Surgeon Double Board Certified Hoffman Estates, IL Oakbrook, ILOrland Park, ILChicago, IL
Yes you can have fat transfer to your breast and buttocks during the same surgical setting as long as there is enough processed fat. After liposuction, the fat is processed and the tumescent fluid is removed. We typically wash the fat and then place it in small syringes for fat transfer. Please appreciate that fat transferred to the buttocks has a higher rate of survival that fat transferred to the breasts. Thus if it is a choice betwen the buttocks and the breasts, I would recommend buttocks.
Multiple surgeries can prove to be dangerous under long anesthesia times. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS) and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS).Best,Dr. DesaiBeverly Hills Institute for Aesthetic Plastic SurgeryHarvard Educated, Beverly Hills & Miami Beach Trained, Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dear Renewed11,yes, you can combine these procedures and do them all at once. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Society of Plastic Surgery
Yes. In order to perform fat transfer for a brazilian butt lift and to increase breast projection, the fat is first harvested with liposuction. Therefore, it is standard to have liposuction together with the fat transfer since it is technically built-into the surgery. Hope this helps!!Johnson C. Lee, MD Plastic Surgery
It is feasible to perform simultaneous liposuction with breast and buttock fat transfer in the same setting, provided that there is adequate donor site fat to augment both anatomic locations. It is important that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon, with experience in these procedures, who can advise you on the best course of care that will meet your individual goals and expectations. In addition, you should be aware of the specific risks involved, and know that there is some controversy about some of these procedures. In some instances, an alternative approach may be recommended. It is always best to outline your goals and objectives and then mutually arrive at an appropriate surgical plan with an experienced surgeon who you trust; rather than seek a particular procedure that may fall short of the desired outcome.
it would be an unlikely scenario that there was such abundance of fat in a person that it sufficed both for a breast augmentation and a Brazilian butt lift, please keep me posted warm regards Dr Prashant Murugkar
We perform fat grafting to breast and buttocks routinely. You just need to have enough fat; volume of fat removed is maximized by using Vaser liposuction and fat transfer is maximized by using Prograft system.
If adequate fat is available for transfer than augmenting both regions is certainly feasible during one anesthesia. Keep in mind however that if abundant fat is not available, you may compromise the results of both procedures. Meet with an ABPS board-certified plastic surgeon experienced with fat transfer.
