Dr Prashant was very professional, from the 1st consultation I felt at ease, the surgery is very clean and all the staff are lovely, I am 6 weeks after surgery now and although I am still healing I couldn’t be happier with the results. The after care is fantastic and Dr Prashant has always been on the end of the phone if I have had any questions or concerns along the way.
Dr Prashant was really nice throughout the entire process and the surgery went smoothly. The results are better than I ever imagined they could be and I am really glad i decided to go through with it. I have recently undergone Labiaplasty surgery performed by Dr Prashant and I cannot praise him more highly he is a brilliant surgeon and lovey person. Excellent “top drawer “ professional service from the very first interaction with this clinic -everyone I dealt with was kind :patient & understanding. Timings always accurate and efficient-superb communication ( he is a very congenial guy ) displays integrity from “the off “ Very high standards throughout the whole of the journey -( I had double chin surgery with liposuction and neck tite ) exceptionally good sterile technique s and state of the art equipment ( I am a recently retired theatre nurse -so know how it should be done and he passed with flying colours !) Very thorough medical history taken & noted as well as realistic expectations given with all the potential “ pit falls “ as a very experienced medic should be ! Explains everything very well . Hi, sorry to hear of your troubles. You have not specified the nature of the procedure, did you have a labia majora augmentation? Was it done with fat or dermal fillers. Assuming that the first picture is the before picture, you can clearly see a zone of adhesion or tethering of skin on the one side, this might be the reason for the postop asymmetry, it is best to get a second opinion by visiting another plastic surgeon. Hi,please understand very clearly that cosmetic surgery is not an emergency surgery.please don't feel pressured into going through with the procedure.take another appointment, go through the sizing issue again, and get the surgery done when you are comfortable and convinced of the size you want to be.however let me tell you that my experience and that of most plastic surgeons is that 6 months after a BA the patient complains of not having gone bigger.Very very seldom do they complain that the ba is too big.hope this helps do get in touch if you need further advise best wishes Dr Prashant Murugkar
Hi,there is truly no direct connection between HA Fillers and Isotretinon (Roacutane) and you can safely have your top-up.HA fillers are not injected under the periosteum as this is not a very expansile space.There are fillers which are called Biostimulators, like Sculptra, which rely on the skins ability to lay down a collagen capsule around the filler molecule which causes the plumping effect.hope this helps do get in touch if you need further advise best wishes Dr Prashant Murugkar
