19 and hate my boobs. Is there a fix? (Photo)

Question

So my boobs were never super perky but last year I had about a 30 pound weight gain and was about 165 (I'm 5'7) and since then my boob started to sag and have slight stretch marks and I also feel like they are so far apart and that my nipples are too big. I was wondering if there is anything that you can do to fix this issue or is breast fat transfer a thing? Now that I'm more comfortable in my body and weigh around 135 my boobs depress me. They look like 40 year old boobs. Is there a fix?

Crescent lift will elongate the areola and does very little.  The periareolar lift can move the areola a bit, but will not lift the breast.  The lollipop lift has the ability to truly lift the breast.In general, 200 cc per breast is typically the upper limit of injection recommended by most.  It is not that more cannot be injected, but on average this has been determined to be the most that can be expected to live during one transfer.  The fat must be injected through multiple planes in small amount passes.  Most surgeons will perform more than one procedure for greater augmentations.   About 50% of the fat obtains permanence.  You have to consider not only which areas will have perhaps the best fat, but also you have to consider which donor sites will have the fewest problems afterward with the liposuction.  In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred, but, if those sites are not available, other areas can be used.  Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Hi Mariec,  From your pictures it appears like you would get a nice improvement in the shape of your breasts with an uplift.  The exact type would be determined during a consultation.  You seem to have ample size and do not need to enlarge the breasts unless you want them larger. Fat transfer is an option to enlarge the breasts but will not lift them.

Thank you for your question. Based on the photos that you have provided it appears that your areola size is large and nipple position is low. To fix position of the breasts is done by a mastopexy "breast lift". You can also pair a lift with an augmentation if you wanted volume at the top portion of the breasts. There is no way to make a reliable specific recommendation based on the photos you submitted as your shoulders are tipped down to the right, the band on top of your breasts as well as hands behind you distort the breast positions and there is no side view. If the nipples protrude too much they can be reduced by surgery. The areolae can be made smaller by the removal of a donut of skin around them or placement of a purse string suture but skin can stretch over time and suture can loosen over time leading to recurrence. Lastly nipple position on the breast can be changed within certain limits. The best thing you could do is see, in person, more than one surgeon for an opinion before committing to any surgery.

There are different options available to you, but truthfully a proper examination by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon should clear up many of your questions.  I agree that a lift will elevate the areola and reduce the areola size.  I do believe thT the next big question during the consultation is to whether you desire a bigger size or not for the breasts.  Implants will always increase your size, as would fat injections. Thank you for your question and photo.  Based on your photograph you have mammary ptosis or sagging with a low nipple position.  A combination breast lift with or without implants can improve breast shape and make your breast perkier and less sagging.  For more information please read below:
