My breasts got infection after i just got fat breasts transfer ,i was on antibiotics for 20 days , now my breasts feel lumpy and hard like a rock.the dr talk me that the scar tissue and it will be softer later .is it true,i'm so scare and so sad.please help.

This will take time- i would say at least 3 months.  Be thankful your infection has cleared and realize that is why breast implants are far more reliable for breast enhancement.  Massage and time!  Best Wishes!!

Any time there is infection the tissues affected will be firm.  How long the tissues remain firm depends on how much tissue was infected, but it can be upwards of 6-12 months (or more).  Another issue in your case, since this was apparently a fat grafting case, is that there is usually some amount of fat that does not "take", and that tissue can become firm as well. The time frame for that tissue softening is similar to what I said above. Your surgeon knows you best and will be the best guide in your recovery.  Best of luck to you.

Internal scars and tissues, especially after an infection, can stay firm for months.  Sometimes up to six months.  In the meantime, you should talk to your surgeon about aggressive massage and other modalities to help soften the scar and prevent tetheringBest of luck!
