Thank you for your question. Based on your picture your first recommendation is Full tummy tuck with muscle repair and Liposuction in your belly, waist, laterals, arms and love handle. I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL and TT. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Sounds like you already know exactly what you need/want to look more like your wish photo. Make sure you set up a consultation with a board certified PS in your area to make sure you a good surgical candidate.

You will ned at least 3 surgery rounds to attain a similar result as in your posted wish pics. Two rounds of lipo/BBL, than full TT for excess skin. Over a 6-9 month time span. Expect each operstion in the $8,000 ranges. You can also try to lose weight first.

The woman in your wish pictures has a low BMI and a very different musculoskeletal structure than you do.

There is no procedure that can make your body look like hers.

To get the best looking figure and as close to your ideal body as possible would require substantial weight loss followed by a full tummy tuck and BBL.
Your pictures shows your middle finger clearly but really does not show your body contour especially from behind so it’s hard to make an assessment in regards to if a BBL would be appropriate or not.

To make an accurate assessment we need quality pictures similar to how plastic surgeons take before and after pictures. They should generally be taken from about 8 feet away by someone else or using the timer on the camera with the patient wearing undergarments and showing their body from their neck to their knees. Patients should be standing in a neutral position showing the front, side and backside.

You can certainly schedule in person consultations but I think at this point at your current BMI your results will be limited. Best results would without question require weight loss and surgery for skin laxity(tummy tuck)

It’s possible to move forward and have a BBL at your current weight but I believe you may be left disappointed.


To get a more accurate assessment and a better understanding of what can and cannot be achieved I suggest scheduling multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons.
