Is it safe to have surgery while my HCG is decreasing?

I am scheduled to have surgery for a bbl, lipo 360, and BA next week. I had a psychical earlier this month and blood tests ran earlier this month and I’m in perfect health. I’ve had 3 prior pregnancies (1 natural birth 2017 and 2 abortions 2018-2019). Recently I was in a car accident where I was told I was pregnant (5 weeks) and was in the process of miscarriage. My hcg was 5420 and in two days decreased to 1673. Is it safe to still have surgery while my hcg is decreasing.

every plastic surgeon has his own preoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. You should be healthy prior to surgery and your lab results should be within the normal range. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.
