A non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
For a more defined jawline to strengthen your profile (and help prevent the dreaded jawline "jowl" sagging), we use injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa - a filler known to limit swelling and give subtle, soft enhancements - or Radiesse. Using a cannula to limit pain and swelling, we inject on the bone in strategic points to get more lift and shaping, resulting in a more contoured lower face and defined, structured jawline. I would suggest getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Dear jules9977,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from chin liposuction. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Consider placement of the chin implant to augment the chin forward For better facial balance, and proportion and stronger jaw a line. Liposuction of the fat deposits in the neck can accomplish removal of the fat deposits in the neck. Both procedures can be performed together under general anesthesia or local anesthesia
Being born with a small man bowl can have aesthetic issues. It tends to cause people to have an overbite dental occlusion. Usually presents with upper lip having more forward projection than the lower lip. It also can cause a lack of jawline definition, A premature double chin and premature jowls. The most definitive procedure is the jaw advancement. With this procedure most of the jar is moved forward including the origin of the platysma muscle. When the mandible doesn’t project sufficiently the platysma muscle drops the neck in the more of an oblique fashion.Depending on the shape of the chin if it’s pointed or not patients may or may not be candidates for chin implants or a sliding genioplasty. These procedures only address the front tip of the mandible and if the tip is already projecting or pointed these procedures are not appropriate because they create a witches chin appearance within excessive deep labiomental fold. Liposuction can give very nice improvements especially on young people who are chubby or have substantial amounts of subcutaneous fat. for individuals with less body fat the impact of fat removal is going to be less. For a more formal approach consult with oral surgeons or plastic surgeons with cranial facial surgery backgrounds.A lot of providers in the Aesthetic field may go directly towards addressing soft tissues because there’s skill set limits them to that type of work. in the end the primary problem is related to bone structure but lengthening the mandible is something most people don’t consider doing. it can be done and it can give very good results if people are willing to go through the procedure.Fillers can augment the chin nicely but will not move the mandible. Fillers will give similar results as A sliding genioplasty or implant.Fillers may be a good option to test the waters to see if you like the impact of augmenting the chin area.Expect different providers to have different recommendations.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
