Subplatysmal fat removal and Facetite or Liposuction?

Question

I had two consultations. Both doctors reccomend subplatysmal fat reduction. One doctor said to do FaceTite and the other said to do it with lipocontouring. I will also be doing buccal fat removal. I am not sure what will be better. Also is there anything that can be done for the heaviness in my lower neck/throat area? I put a red arrow.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from chin lipo. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Your Side profile photographs demonstrate a recessive chin profile and significant fat deposits located underneath the platysma muscle in the neck. Consider placement of a chin implant to augment the chin forward for better facial balance and proportions. A neck lift procedure can accomplish removal of the fat deposits above and below the platysma muscle along with a platysma plasty to significantly improve the jawline. Your BMI should be less than 32 before undergoing this procedure. As long as you're less than 50 years of age, no skin removal is required.
