I had two consultations. Both doctors reccomend subplatysmal fat reduction. One doctor said to do FaceTite and the other said to do it with lipocontouring. I will also be doing buccal fat removal. I am not sure what will be better. Also is there anything that can be done for the heaviness in my lower neck/throat area? I put a red arrow.
