Do I need a chin/neck liposuction?

Fullness and side profile 38 y/o female 5’4 140. Very self conscious about side profile and heaviness under my neck and chin and feel like it makes me look heavier than I am. I am also considering buccal fat removal. I think I need the fat cut out under neck muscle but I am not sure I need a full neck lift.
