I’m a 20 year old male and I’ve had breast all my life and wanted to know what could I do or are they natural for me
Answer: Male with natural breasts. What could I do to treat this? Thanks so much for your inquire, If you are a male with natural breast tissue development (often referred to as gynecomastia), there are several treatment options available depending on the severity and underlying causes. Gynecomastia can occur due to hormonal imbalances, genetics, or other factors, For more severe cases of gynecomastia where there is a significant amount of glandular tissue (not just fat), surgical removal of the glandular tissue is often the most effective solution. This is a more permanent treatment for gynecomastia. The procedure involves making small incisions (typically around the areola) to remove the excess glandular tissue. In some cases, the excess fat is also removed through liposuction during the same procedure. If the size or shape of your areolas is a concern in addition to breast tissue, areola reduction and nipple repositioning can be performed at the same time to achieve a more masculine chest contour. Consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in gynecomastia will help you determine the best course of action based on your specific case Sincerely, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol

Answer: Breast removal No doubt you will need a breast amputation with a nipple graft. There will be transverse scars under each breast to remove the tissue. This will maximally flatten your chest.

Answer: Grade 3 gynecomastia Your pictures are very striking, you have grade 3 gynecomastia which is the most severe form. It has a large amount of excess breast tissue and a very large amount of excess skin, which you obviously have based on the pictures. This is correctable with a male breast reduction. The goal of a male breast reduction is to remove all of the excess breast, tissue and skin and leave a flat contour chest. This difference from a female breast reduction, where the goal is to create a mound of breast tissue that has projection. The incision for a male breast reduction is usually an inverted tea, also known as as an anchor. Additionally, liposuction helps to define and contour the chest as well.

Answer: Gynecomastia Thank you for posting your question here.my answer is based on the limited information and pictures presented, for a more in depth answer and for complete medical advice I would recommend visiting a plastic surgeon in person. based on the above you appear to have an advanced case of gynecomastia. before venturing on any treatment journey your surgeon will likely recommend obtaining a few tests such as a hormone profile, maybe a mammogram etc. and based on the results formulate a treatment plan. should the results point to gynecomastia your surgeon will likely recommend a mastectomy with potential free nipple graft given the size of the gynecomastia and the skin redundancy. That being said I would recommend you visit a plastic surgeon for a plan that is tailored to your needs and situation. I hope this helps , good luck!

Answer: Gynecomastia with excess skin Thank you for your question. You have a significant amount of excess breast tissue with loose skin. You would benefit what is called a modified mastopexy, aka gynecomastia surgery with skin excision. The scars would be a transverse scar across the chest, and the nipple areola complex would be maintained on a thinned pedicle of tissue and the areola would be made smaller. I frequently perform these procedures and can often do them under local anesthesia with sedation as well. Best to speak to a board certified plastic surgeon either in person or virtually. All the best,
