Breast augmentation on its own does not make your nipples or areolas smaller actually on the contrary the areola might stretch as the breast size increases , that being said , an areolar reduction and a nipple reduction can be added to a breast augmentation to give you the look you want. Your surgeon will likely place a permanent suture around your areola after reducing it to prevent it or the scars from stretching in the future.

I am sorry that you are not happy with your aesthetic outcome, but this can be revised and improved. without an exam it will be hard for me to accurately give you a plan , but just based of the pictures it looks like the fat around your belly button was slightly over resected and the stalk was not tacked to the underlying fascia, this leads to flattening of the belly button and leads to the scar being more obvious , that in addition the the umbilicus being made slightly larger. this can be dealt with with a number of approaches that are best discussed with a plastic surgeon that you trust who will perform an exam and decide on the best course of action.

First of all congratulations on this great achievement , losing 120 lbs is no small thing .
That Being said , unfortunately you will likely need surgical excision of the extra skin (body lift) procedures to give you the best aesthetic results , this might also involve multiple procedures to deal with the different areas of skin redundancy , this will help showcase your weight loss achievement.

You don't seem to have much loose skin in your lower face, i am guessing that drooping cheeks and some of the hollowing of your lower cheeks is what is concerning to you , this tends to age people and if that is the concern then a combination of midface lift to reposition the cheeks and potentially fat grafting can give you a more youthful appearance. I would encourage you to discuss the options with your surgeons as plans can changed based on your physical exam.

Thank you for posting your question here !My answer will be based on the limited information and pictures provided, for a more detailed and personalized plan please consult with your surgeon in person.Liquid rhinoplasty is essentially using filler to create an illusion of a better shaped nose, this wiill require maintenance and if your surgeon or injector is not skilled or unaware of the anatomy this can be a dangerous procedure and it has a higher risk of vascular occlusion not to mention the buildup of filler that will eventually thicken the nose tissue.If you are willing to undergo a traditional rhinoplasty then I think that will be a more permanent and better solution.I hope this helps, best of luck !
