How long should I wait to get fillers again after filler reversal with hyaluronidase? (photos)

The answer to this question is often a matter of opinion. You have had multiple injections to the area recently which can cause trauma and scarring. Personally, I would wait anywhere between 2-4 weeks after your Hyaluronidase injection for any swelling or injection related trauma to improve before I go injecting fillers into the area again. It sounds as if you have been dealing with some challenges with your juvederm injections but that your plastic surgeon is managing them appropriately.  The question is whether you remove all of the filler and start from scratch or add more filler.  I would discuss this issue with your plastic surgeon before deciding how to proceed.

    The hyaluronidase effect will only last 1-2 days so it should be safe to have additional filler after that time.The 'blue tint' you mention most likely resulted from placing the Juvaderm to close to the surface where it can be visible.  Another option is to consider the hyaluronic filler Belotero; because of it's unique physical characteristics, it can be placed more superficially than other fillers and usually not result in the blue tinge (tyndall effect) that you experienced.

I would wait as long as possible, perhaps even 2 to 3 months to make sure there are no further changes. You should be evaluated in person for the best answer to your questions. Best,

Presuming there is no bruising or swelling to distort the area, a couple of days after the hyaluronidase will suffice. 

Based upon your medical story I would NEVER do another HA filler on you. I might try fat grafts........
