Will 360cc moderate profile silicone implants get me to a full C?

When it comes to implants, the width is just as important as the volume.  If the implant is too wide, it will stick out more and thin the tissues on the sides, leading to more rippling.  Unless you are over 6 feet and wear a 38 band size ( which I doubt either from your pictures), the moderate profile in 350cc would be too wide for your frame.  Perhaps you mean the moderate plus profile of implants.  I would clarify this with your surgeon since profile style/ dimensions are a very important detail.  If it is truly a moderate profile implant style, I would question this decision.  I hope this helps.

for a breast augmentation.  Based on your photograph alone, it is difficult to determine which size is ideal, but 360cc seems very reasonable.  The size, profile, and shape of the
implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.

While sizing by the numbers is only an estimate, 360cc should be quite close to what you need. Moderate profile also is a good starting point if the implant fits within the breast well. Be careful about the lift and make sure you understand the breast scars.

In terms of picking the right
implants (size and profile/projection)
to achieve your goals, generally speaking, I consider two factors when
selecting implants for my patients:
1. Dimensional planning
and 2. Gel Implant Sizing system
Dimensional planning – The measurements of your chest wall are taken.
Also, the breast dimensions including the height, width, and current
dimensions of each breast form the basis of dimensional planning. Based
on these measurements, the implant size is recommended. This will give
you a unique breast implant that is suited for your body frame. However,
there are some limitations of what size we can recommend. For instance,
some implants may just be too big for a narrow chest wall.  Hence a
physical exam is really needed to give you any meaningful advice.  
Gel Implant Sizing system – During the preliminary breast implant
consultation, you will be provided with an option to “try on” a variety
of implant shapes and sizes. You can also visualize the possible
outcomes of your surgery which helps you to get that perfect size to
give you the shape that you longed for. This way your preferences are
known and you can then pick a range of implants that will “fit” just
right to give a soft natural  fuller look. Hope this helps.

The best way to pick implant size is based on your breast and chest width and not the volume. As the implants get bigger, they get wider. When the width of the implant fits the width of your chest, it will look nice and fit your frame. If the implants are too small, you will have a gap between them and they may look too far apart. If they are too wide, they will make you look top heavy as they may be too wide and stick well out past the sides of your chest. There are ways to get a bigger or smaller look.This can be done by picking a different implant profile. The higher the profile, the narrower the base width of the implant. If someone has a very narrow chest and wants to be big, they should consider a higher profile implant. If someone has a broad chest and they do not want to be too big but want to avoid the gap and still have cleavage without projection, they should consider a lower profile implant such as a moderate. There are options in between these such as the moderate plus. I prefer the underarm approach so there is no scar on your breast. The new silicone is the only way to go as far a rippling as the new silicone ripples much less than saline, especially in the larger implants. I personally prefer the smooth round implants under the muscle placed through the under arm to give you the most natural look and feel. Congratulations on your plans for breast augmentation with lift. Your ptosis does not look significant however your arms are raised.  With your arms at her side if her nipple is above the level of the fold underneath her breast a dual plane submuscular breast augmentation may be all that you need.  The 360 cc implant should achieve your full C small D goal especially at Victoria secret.
