I am scheduled for a breast aug and lift and couldn't be more excited. I know online isn't the best place to determine hard and fast results but as a ballpark do you think that 360 moderate profile silicone implants will get me to my desired full C small D?

If the implant is too wide, it will stick out more and thin the tissues on the sides, leading to more rippling. Unless you are over 6 feet and wear a 38 band size ( which I doubt either from your pictures), the moderate profile in 350cc would be too wide for your frame. Perhaps you mean the moderate plus profile of implants. I would clarify this with your surgeon since profile style/ dimensions are a very important detail. If it is truly a moderate profile implant style, I would question this decision. I hope this helps.

Answer: Moderate profile silicone implants will get you to your desired full C. While sizing by the numbers is only an estimate, 360cc should be quite close to what you need. Moderate profile also is a good starting point if the implant fits within the breast well. Be careful about the lift and make sure you understand the breast scars.

With your arms at her side if her nipple is above the level of the fold underneath her breast a dual plane submuscular breast augmentation may be all that you need.
