Tomorrow marks 6 weeks since my breast Aug. I had a tuberose reconstruction, a lift & 333 cc implants. Everything looks great & I'm extremely happy with my results. My breasts have dropped & they are pretty soft. I was told I could start working my arms out again after 6 weeks. Ia it safe to do yoga & try workouts? This would include push ups & body weight resistance.
