Currently a natural 32DD but looking for more "upper pole". Do I need a lift and implant, or just high profile implant? (photos)

I am 30 years old, no children yet. (Planning to try in a couple of years). My breasts are in decent shape, but I am unhappy with the lack of volume at the top. In strapless tops or sports bras they get smashed down and I feel small chested, and I don't like the lack of upper fullness. I am not sure if I can get away with just an implant, or if I need a lift due to the amount of tissue I have. I will attach a photo of the look i want to achieve.
