scheduled for surgery on april 5 im 135 goal is 115 pounds my question is if i lose that weight will it affect my breast alot to the point were they sag again and need a new surgery? I've lost about 50 pounds up until now but my breast never changed size maybe they did sagged a little more but since i can remember they were always saggy. Will 20-25 pounds affect my results? I talked to my ps and he said yes but that i wasn't going to lose too much weight to the point that i look like a skeleton
