I am in need of an internal bra and lift for a breast Augmantation. I recently watched a BOTCHED series where the doctor used GORTEX sutures to prevent widening of a donut mastoplexy scar. I would like to know the truth behind this. In order to prevent a double bubble, bottoming out* and scar widening, which is the correct suture? I want a permanent result with out the excuse of it's your wearing skin. Absorbable vs nonabsorbable. Silk/ Gortex? Please explain.
