Blue sutures on nose still visible 2 weeks post op? (photos)

These are not dissolvable.  Very fine sutures like these sometimes are difficult to remove initially, or sometimes they are initially covered by the new skin that has formed and then quickly surface.  They are so small that they don't usually stimulate too much scar tissue but they should be removed as soon as reasonable to prevent stimulating additional scar tissue.  Within the week is probably fine. 

This is a question that should be addressed to your own surgeon. If a suture was missed it can be removed in the office.

I suggest you schedule a follow-up appointment with the board certified facial plastic surgeon who performed your surgery. It is important to visit with board certified facial plastic surgeons
to receive the highest quality knowledge, treatment, care and skill available. Your surgeon should remove these sutures, as they do not appear dissolvable.

This is a prolene suture and is a non-disolvable material. It is best to see your rhinoplasty surgeon so that they can safely remove it without tearing or causing damage to your incision. 

Good question.  These look like Prolene sutures, which are not dissolvable.  It is normal for them to appear after the initial suture removal secondary to them hiding under swelling.  I would contact your surgeon to remove them since the knot may be buried and difficult to see.  Good luck, Dr. Bublik.
