had rhinoplasty 2 and a half month ago. I'm still quiet swollen and I'm fine with that but straight after my cast was taken off I noticed my collumella was really low and noticeable and I was told this was retaract back once the swelling went away. But it's still really noticeable and my nose looks big because of it. I'm really worried and upset that it will stay this way. does this look like it will go back up after or stay hanging?
