Many medication can elevate your liver functions even after a month not just 3 weeks. If these are elevated though, you should talk to your doctor. It can be from anesthesia or a medication. The actual procedure is less likely to cause your labs to be elevated. Either way if something is not right, discuss this with your doctor.
