Liposuction caused deformity including severe hip dips. What are my options to fix this issue?

I'm sorry to hear that your results did not go as planned. Once access liposuction has been done resulting in hip dips, fat transfer to the area is the best solution. An experienced surgeon in fat grafting will know how much to inject and their usual survival rates. This does not mean that you might need a touchup or a revision. Thank you for your question.  Over-resection can be a significant problem with liposuction, especially if performed by inexperienced hands.  Fortunately, your issue can likely be addressed and significantly improved with fat transfer.  If undertaken correctly and if appropriate post-op care is given, approximately 60-75% of the fat that is grafted to the area will remain permanently.  A surgeon experienced with this technique will anticipate this and overcorrect accordingly.  Don't despair!  Your problem is correctable.

This is difficult to answer without pictures. For best results improving irregularities, I recommend a hi definition procedure like a VASER liposuction revision.
