Cost for lipo on cheek/perioral mound area or buccal fat pad removal? (Photo)

I've had lipo on my hips, flanks, and stomach 2 yrs ago amd it cost 5800. I had coolsculpting done on my arms 3 months ago for 1350. I liked the results but they cannot do coolsculpting on my cheek areas.

Liposuction of the cheeks/jawline and neck would make a big improvement and is easy under local for a cost of roughly $3000 for quality work.

It is not advisable . in my opinoin to liposuction these areas. if you do not like your look you may need facial implants, surgery of your jaw/mouth bones, or injections such as fat or fillers to sculpt the area.  Energy devices like ultherapy and thermage may help, as well as fractora.  To tighten the area you may want non invasive options like internal threads.   But most often this area nees a surgical approach as the underlying issue is anatomy/bony structure that needs to be manipulated.  Buccal fat pad removal maybe an option as well. Liposuction here has a high rate of complications in this aarea.  Best, Dr. Emer.

This is your face and you want the surgery done well the first time. Sometimes spending a little extra up front can save you from the emotional anguish of having to do a revision.
