Rhinoplasty or Revision Rhinoplasty? What would you recommend to fix the bulbous, droopy tip? (Photos)

Thoughtful251627
I had septoplasty in September 2023 along with turbinate reduction and cartilage graft to prevent nostril collapse. Unfortunately it completely changed the look of my nose and I hate it now. Would this be considered a revision rhinoplasty or not? What would you recommend to fix the bulbous, droopy tip. Also is fixing nostril asymmetry possible?
