I do not believe the skin tightening techniques produce a perceivable effect. You would be better off with liposuction. You are not a candidate for a tummy tuck.

Radiofrequency uses heat in an effort to dissolve fat cells. Unfortunately, it can cause prolonged swelling and firmness of the tissues. Regular liposuction is a better option. You could just have liposuction alone. Your skin is not loose enough that a tummy tuck is mandatory. Often there is a degree of skin contraction even without heat. There are examples on my website. Yes, you have reason to be concerned about scarring from a tummy tuck. It is best to look at plenty of before and after photos of your surgeon's work. I have a saying that any patient should check out at least 10 examples of their surgeon's work. If you like what you see, then probably you will be satisfied.

It looks like your abdominal skin has mild elasticity changes with mild cellulite. However, you do not have stretch marks or a pannus (skin hanging over your belt line) and liposuction may be adequate for your expectations. I would also recommend liposuction of your waist to help complete rejuvenation of your mid-section as a cosmetic unit. Thank you.

A variety of Liposuction procedures can provide you excellent results if you are not planning to have more kids. Abdominoplasty gives you the option of muscle tightening, however it will come with the lower abdominal scar.

In reality, there is no non-surgical skin tightening that delivers any kind of real results, if you do any form of Liposuction, expect to have the same degree of skin laxity.

You've already explained why you don’t wish to have a tummy tuck, and your condition doesn’t necessarily require one. If you'd like to further tighten the skin, you might consider liposuction combined with skin tightening using Renuvion or BodyTite.
