Liposuction in the face is not common due to risk of nerve injury and bleeding due to the vascularity of the face. However, if done with tumescence, small cannulas and care it can be effective. I would recommend a temporal cheek lift rather than liposuction. This would lift your cheeks and lower face using a small incision in the temple area.

You have a strong jawline with strong mandibular angles. This will not be affected by liposuction. In fact, your mandibular angles are attractive and do not cause a round face. Liposuction can cause an aging appearance. Your best option is to do nothing.

Also, what I can suppose from your smile shape, you have massive jaw line bone it self and muscle mass as well... Anyway, if there is some excessive fat, liposuction might show good result.
