Ultimately, one must be comfortable proceeding with any procedure before undergoing even a minimally invasive procedure. With that in mind, sometimes the best treatments do involve revision surgery. I have found that the combination of using a skin tightening device such as Bodytite or Quantum helps to create wonderful shapes and curves that may be missing at the current time. In addition, further fat grafting as needed may be of benefit - but it is hard to say with certainty, without seeing someone in person.

You did not post photos, so I would suggest meeting with a plastic surgeon and discussing your options. for the tuberous breasts, implants work the best because they will add volume but also correct the shape. Fat does not correct the shape and does not always last.

Fat transfer is not a good procedure to correct to breast breast.
In fact, breast fat transfer is not a good procedure at all for changing breast shape.
Delivering consistent quality, liposuction, and or fat transfer results is more difficult Then most people realize.
The number of plastic surgeons who approach mastery for this kind of work is quite small.
I cannot emphasize the importance of provider selection for any plastic surgery operation, but especially body contouring.
