While it is difficult to make a specific recommendation without physical examination, the lateral chest/axillary region is often treated effectively with liposuction. There are advantages to doing liposuction at the time of breast reduction ( one procedure, one recovery, etc.), but you can still get nice results if liposuction is done secondarily. To optimize your outcome , you should continue with your weight loss program and wait to do the procedure until after you've reached your goal weight. Good luck. I hope this helps.
