I just had breast implants done at Dr. Kadz it was a overall great experience. My first time having any plastic surgery done. It was a clean office the staff was friendly and helpful. The Doctor made me feel comfortable. The surgery was affordable.
I have had surgery with dr kadz twice now and he is nothing but incredible. I appreciate his kindness and his quality of work. I had tummy tuck with muscle repair, arm lift, breast lift with pubic contouring in 2023. He changed my life in such a positive way I came back in 2025 for breast implants. Dr. Kadz and his team were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me receive amazing surgical outcomes. Through rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty, I received not only a stunning nose and eyes but also relief from severe migraine headaches and snoring! My eyes felt heavy due to the excessive skin and sagging eyelids, and my deviated septum made my migraine unbearable. My migraine was so severe that I ran out of medication before my doctor could give me more. After Dr. Kadz performed my rhinoplasty, I no longer experience any migraines. Additionally, my snoring has been eliminated. Dr. Kadz was amazing. He removed a skin tag on my nose without charging me. my first consultation with Dr. Kadz until the end of my surgery was easy. Jessica was really helpful throughout the process. Dr Kadz was very understanding on what I wanted and answered all my questions and gave me the results I wanted in the end. The day of my surgery I was nervous and the nurses helped me relaxed and comforted me the whole time there. Lastly, Dav the anesthesiologist was amazing! He made it really comforting for myself especially since I was really nervous. He made me feel safe and checked up on me afterwards. You have a slight asymmetry but are a good candidate for breast augmentation. You would have to accept that bone proportions (attentive to sternal correction exists but is complicated). In general larger implants and/or wider implants leave less gap, but the selection depends on how large you decide to go. The tubular degree is acceptable.
In my opinion the options are: 1.) Sub glandular augmentation (above the muscle) only: it has the advantage of no scarring, less cost but will leave your breasts asymmetric. Also capsular contracture rate and future laxity will be higher and you may feel the edges of the implants. 2.) Lift & submuscular augmentation (under muscle): it gives opportunity for better symmetry, better upper pole fullness, with lower capsular contracture rate. However, you have to accept the lift scars and the higher cost of the operation.
In my opinion the options are:1.) If you want to be very large, that size would work. Patient with prior breast reduction in general select smaller implants. It's really your choice and you should go through sizing session.
You will need an evaluation and recommendation by a professional. It's generally best to be on hormones for a while prior to Augmentation since it makes the pockets softer and with better soft tissue coverage. We do a lot of these procedures.
