Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph and morph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty, tip elevation, dorsal hump reduction, and nasal tip deprojection. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D.Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
Based on your photo, you appear to have relatively thick and oily nasal tip skin with a droopy tip and a high bridge. Rhinoplasty techniques may be employed to rotate somebody's nasal tip upward and to lower their nasal bridge for a less distracting nasal appearance. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos, If you can send 2 photos from the front and side profile in better light, it would be possible to make a more accurate assessment. It would be better face to face consultation.Best Regards!
Hello,This seems like a reasonable outcome request. When it comes to rhinoplasty and the desired results, we integrate your request, what fits the face, and what is possible. The first critical part of achieving a successful result is a thorough consultation. I find this works best when the surgeon and patient edit the pictures together in real time while discussing the changes. This ensures clear communication and understanding on both ends. Learn as much (quality) information on rhinoplasty as you can and schedule a few consultations. This will not only give you options, but also a better sense of the surgeon's, and what you may want as the outcome. Good luck!
In the 2nd photograph, the tip is more defined and pointed. This can be done at the time of rhinoplasty.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Yes I believe this Result is Pretty Much easily Achievable. a Slight rotation and support to the tip with a really gentle rasp to the dorsum
Yes indeed, a closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish your goal of lifting the tip, and shaving down the dorsal hump. A full set of pictures from all angles are required to do computer imaging, since the nose is a three-dimensional structure.

Rhinoplasty surgery can easily achieve your edited version. It can also achieve a much better outcome, including tip definition and other intricacies.I suggest having multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community who have extensive rhinoplasty experience.Look for plastic surgeons who are members of the rhinoplasty society.Bring pictures of your face to use as a reference during each consultation.During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar facial/nasal characteristics to your own.I generally recommend patients have multiple consultations before selecting a provider.Rhinoplasty surgery is by its very nature, complicated and difficult.Mastering these procedures requires total dedication and decades of experience. You’re an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty surgery and should get an outcome significantly better than what your Edited picture shows.Provider selection is by far the most important variable.I generally recommend people avoid virtual consultations, avoid traveling long distances for elective surgical procedures, and when in doubt, slow down and schedule more consultations.Being bored certified and plastic surgery with the years of experience and multiple positive reviews does not mean somebody has mastered most plastic surgical procedures, especially rhinoplasty surgery.I cannot emphasize enough the importance of provider selection. This is best done by having multiple in person consultations. The biggest mistake I see patients make is having only one consultation and then scheduling surgery.Having only one consultation, more or less eliminates the ability to choose the better provider. There’s no correct number of consultations to have to find the right provider. The more consultations you schedule the more likely you are to find the better provider for your needs.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
This is appears to be a "pollybeak deformity" usually related to persistent edema and inadequate filling of dead space in the supratip area. I would recommend seeing a board certified (American Board of Plastic Surgery) surgeon with experience in rhinoplasty. You may need a revision rhinoplasty...
I suspect that the issue you have with your nose is that your nasal tip droops with smiling. In your singular photo, there is barely any room between the top of your lip and the bottom of your nose. Rhinoplasty techniques may be employed to lift the nasal tip and provide a less distracting nasal...
