Is it possible to have rhinoplasty (open rhino preferred) and lip surgery (corner lip lift) in the same procedure? (Photo)

Want to fix my nose as well as my lips. I had unilateral condylar hyperplasia which tilted my nose and lips to one side. My nose is not straight, and my lips are slanted. Can I fix this in one sitting? For the rhinoplasty, I want to narrow the wide nose bone and reduce the tip slightly, while straightening the nose. For the lip lift, I only want to do it in the corner to make it symmetrical, and reduce the fat on one side(my left) of the lip as it is more fat than the other.
