Can fibrofatty tissue be strengthened? They go upwards giving me a arrow type nose, the tip of the nose remains fine (Photo)

My sides of the nose go upwards when i smile but i heard since its fibro fatty tissue it cannot be strengthened my actual tip of the nose and cartilage seems fine, is it true that the fibro fatty tissue cannot be made stronger with any kinda of graft so they dont go upwards during smiling?
