I suspect that the issue you have with your nose is that your nasal tip droops with smiling. In your singular photo, there is barely any room between the top of your lip and the bottom of your nose. Rhinoplasty techniques may be employed to lift the nasal tip and provide a less distracting nasal appearance. Usually, when the tip is pulled down and the alar bases retract upward during smiling, improvement can be attained. This involves reshaping and providing support to the tip, along with repositioning the alar base on both sides. It's important to note that this assessment is based on a single-view picture, which somewhat limits the evaluation. Nonetheless, your concern is valid, and there are possibilities for improvement.

Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement.
