I am attaching pictures of my nose and x ray .. I just want to know if my nose is crooked permanently or is it the swelling that’s making my nose look crooked

It appears your nose is crooked because the bone has been deflected.  I always recommend 6 months for the swelling to go down before making any decisions on the final outcome.

Based on your photo, and concern about a crooked nasal appearance two weeks after trauma, it's likely that this curvature may persist. Either rhinoplasty surgery or an open reduction of your nasal fracture may be considered. Thank you for your question I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

You are still within the two week window that this can be addressed immediately. Hi. Excellent question. If your deviation is new it is probably due to a traumatic nasal fracture. You can fix this within 2 weeks of injury with a closed nasal reduction but after timeframe that you will need a definitive rhinoplasty surgery for correction. Hi and thank you for your question. From the photo it looks as though the nasal bones are deviated and this is likely to be due to the trauma. At this stage the swelling is reducing nicely. It does of course depend on what the nose was like before the injury, but assuming that the position has moved you might want to consider seeing an ENT surgeon to discuss the options available.
