Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, your nose appears displaced and you should definitely see a surgeon to have this fixed ASAP. You are still within the two week window that this can be addressed immediately. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Hi. Excellent question. If your deviation is new it is probably due to a traumatic nasal fracture. You can fix this within 2 weeks of injury with a closed nasal reduction but after timeframe that you will need a definitive rhinoplasty surgery for correction.
