Hi. Excellent question. If your deviation is new it is probably due to a traumatic nasal fracture. You can fix this within 2 weeks of injury with a closed nasal reduction but after timeframe that you will need a definitive rhinoplasty surgery for correction. Hi and thank you for your question. From the photo it looks as though the nasal bones are deviated and this is likely to be due to the trauma. At this stage the swelling is reducing nicely. It does of course depend on what the nose was like before the injury, but assuming that the position has moved you might want to consider seeing an ENT surgeon to discuss the options available.
In our experience, one of the best ways to lower retracted nostril margins is with microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections. Additionally, this technique can lead to improved nostril symmetry on both sides without the expense in downtime associated with nasal surgery. I hope this helps....
