Hello, I broke my nose 10 months ago and didn’t fix it and it’s still quite crooked. I was wondering if, in order to straighten it, cartilage grafts will be necessary or not since I really don’t want to change the shape of my nose and would like for it to go back to it's original shape as much as possible. I’ve seen some patients with a case similar to mine that didn’t need any grafts so I was wondering if I can be a candidate for rhinoplasty without grafting. Thank you for your time.
