You should clean the crustingand use a mild strength steroid cream twice a day for a week. That seems to be a dermatitis.

probably the camouflaging cartilage paste or squashed cartilage has been resorbed since. Bone wont regrow and callus will reside after a few months.

1ml filler would be enough for your chin but you jawline would benefit from more filler along its line and also behind the mandibular angle(probably 3-4ml in total)

You will probably need a full rhinoplasty. Because the bony vault is deviated as well as the lower cartilage(most likely with a prominent septal deviation). But that necessary cartilage is taken from the septum itself. No rib cartilage would be necessary. If an acute correction had been done it could have been corrected without any surgery

Your nose is not small. In fact it is wider than it should be. You also have excess cartilage on your bridge (anterior septal angle area). This is the opposite of saddling. Your radix is low(the depth at the higher part of the nose compared to the forehead). You can be a good candidate for a filler injection(liquid rhinoplasty) ıt will make your nose slightly bigger and more ballanced

yes to all:) The rhinoplasty could be done without changing the bridge. Some rasping and cartilage excission would help though. Shaping the tip is independent from bridge so yes it can be done. Also without any osteotomy you will heal much faster with significantly less edema and with no bruising. That procedure is smilar to what we call "open approach septoplasty". You wont need sking grafting. All of the procedure can be done with local anesthesia (it will be 2 hours long).
