If you were concerned about a crooked initial appearance after nasal trauma, the best advice would be to visit several reputable rhinoplasty specialist so you can see what to expect after surgery. Based on these photos you seem to be a candidate for rhino possibly septorhinoplasty. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in nose surgery is recommended. Good luck.

You would benefit from a rhinoplasty with possible septoplasty. This can realign the dorsum of the nose to make it straight and correct the angulation of the tip. The procedure is an out-patient surgery that takes about 2 hours to perform under general anesthesia and costs $7,000.

Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. In your case, it is a straight forward fix. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you.

Hi yes looks like you had a bad case of trauma to your nose. A rhinoplasty to reconstruct your nose can definitely fix this. Depending on the findings, we might need fresh frozen cartilage to reconstruct your internal structures to straighten your nose. This likely will also help with breathing.

Rhinoplasty will definitely help with the crooked nose. It may not have been due to that trauma by the way. Dont give up:)

The nasal areas that you described and would like improved can be addressed with a nasal surgery (rhinoplasty) and a possible septoplasty which are typically done at the same time. A natural appearing nose can be achieved when the procedures are performed by an artistic plastic surgeon with extensive experience in nasal surgery.

Keep in mind that following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you exactly what to do based on a limited two dimensional photos without examining you, physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of each operative procedure would not be in your best interest.
