Am I a viable candidate for a skinny BBL even though my BMI is considered low?

H: 179cm / 5'10", W: 57kg / 127lbs, BMI: 18.2. My midsection is my problem area and no matter the amount of pilates and training, I can't seem to reduce the fat. My bum has deflated in size and roundness and I'm wanting to know if I'm a viable candidate for a skinny bbl.
