You are a very attractive young lady. In my opinion, you barely exhibit any signs of facial aging addressable with facelift surgery. Fillers, Botox, and good skin care would be the only options I would offer in my practice.

I would recommend a facelift, necklift, lower eyelid blepharoplasty and facial fat grafting. This will address all of the issues that you are discussing. I would find a board-eligible or board-certified plastic surgeon with adequate training in aesthetic surgery of the face. Best of luck!

You don’t appear to be a candidate for a facelift, but an eyelid surgery known as blepharoplasty can improve the appearance of the areas you’re referring to. This procedure can smooth the transition from the lower eyelid to the upper cheek area by tightening loose muscles and repositioning fat below the eye to increase volume and firmness. Blepharoplasty can also address ptosis to improve eye and brow symmetry. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon. They will be able to assess your concerns as aesthetic goals to determine the best approach for you.

While you do have some mild asymmetry of the lower face, I would not yet recommend a facelift. I would say that your asymmetry and jowling are mild to moderate at best and would typically recommend fillers in this scenario.

Based on these photos one may think about transconjuctival lower blepharoplasty to correct tear though deformity of the lower eyelid. Augmentation of the cheeks with filler would be a good way to create impresion of cheek, periorbital lift. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, familiar with facial rejuvenation, is recommended. Good luck.

You do not need a facelift. You are already performing your own forehead lift. A surgical one will leave you will an unnatural eye openness and loss of volume lateral to the eyes. Please avoid the temptation to do this to yourself. You have bilateral upper eyelid ptosis. There is a compensatory eyebrow elevation. That is giving you the RBF effect. The ptosis is heavier in the right upper eyelid but the central levator disinsertion is stronger in the left upper eyelid making the sulcus look more hollow. You also have a weakness in the lateral canthal angles. What you need is bilateral canthal surgery to support the position of the lateral canthal angles. At the same time the upper eyelid ptosis should be repaired, and the creases lowered and reconstructed. This will restore natural drama to your eyes to make them your best feature. Help, don't harm yourself. Choose the right surgery.

The results that you demonstrated with your hands can be provided by an endoscopic brow and midface lift, with temple tightening. In this procedure the scars are hidden inside the hairline and the operation is done with the help of a camera system. By this operation, it is possible to have a tight and lifted brow tails, a lifted upper face and laterally pulled eye corner. A classical face lift would not provide the results you desire.
