Can a columella tuck make the tip of the nose look better?

I had a rhinoplasty done a few years back and I am going back in for a revision. I feel like tucking my columella up will make the tip of my nose less round. Are these realistic expectations?

the columella in by reducing the cartilage in that area and change the amount
of visible columella on the side view and can change the angle between the
columella and lip, but it would not change the look of your tip.Tip work involves adjustments to the
cartilage by sutures, and adding or removing cartilage.I would recommend meeting with a Board
Certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss this.There are books written about secondary rhinoplasty as it can be a

A columellar- plasty is performed for patients who have a hanging columella. Tucking up the columella  can make  the tip look less" bottom heavy", not less round. This procedure can be performed under local or general anesthesia. For many examples of reducing the columellar show, please see link and  video below
