I am assuming you are the same patient and have perhaps changed your profile? Regardless of that the answer to your question is that yes revision surgery may improve this and the graft may be removed. I would at this time follow up with your surgeon and discuss your concerns and he/she may then discuss your options with you. If you do decide on revision surgery in the future I would also discuss the possibilities of a chin augmentation to help balance out your profile and overall facial aesthetics.
