Is there a U.S. doctor that only does revision rhinoplasty? Can I have the name of some top revision specialists? (Photo)

In looking at your pictures, I agree with your assessment. There are many doctors in the US that can fix these problems. I would ask others in your area or start visiting websites. Nobody is perfect and every doctor has had patients they needed to revise. The surgery is a difficult one and I would visit with someone who has a rhinoplasty heavy practice with emphasis on revision surgery. There is hope.

There are hundreds of doctors skilled enough to fix your problem. You will need more extensive work done, but all the issues that you currently have should be able to be properly treated. Just make sure you go to a board certified plastic surgeon who does a lot of rhinoplasty - both primary and revision. Good luck.

There are many excellent surgeons in the US. Find a good rhinoplasty surgeon, revision are part of what we do. It would be helpful to see preops as well.

Look for a very experienced/ busy rhinoplasty surgeon, and chances are they have done many revisions in their practice. It is important to look at their rhinoplasty photo gallery, ratings, reviews, and board certifications. The twisted nose, irregularities, dorsal hump and dents can all be fixed with a revision rhinoplasty surgery.  A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish your goals.

The most important thing is to find a surgeon that can explain everything to you with a lot of detail and why the surgical maneuvers would change what you have now to a natural and good looking nose.  Rhinoplasty operations and revision rhinoplasty are very difficult to do well.  I would advise you to find a surgeon with many years of performing both primary and revision rhinoplasty.  Good luck!

Hi.  Sorry to see you are in a bad situation as a result of previous surgery.  From your pictures its obvious you unfortunately did not do as much research the first time when trying to find your initial surgeon.  This result is very unacceptable and I do not blame you for being very upset - I would be as well! You had a fairly symmetric nose with thin skin and the results show a very aggressive and poorly performed nose job by a less than average plastic surgeon.  To correct his or her work will take lots of work but it is very possible.  There are about 20 surgeons around the country who are experts at revision rhinoplasty.  None of them exclusively do revisions.  None of them are in Virginia Beach.  You need to travel to NYC, Chicago, Newport Beach, Miami, Northern Virginia (DC), Dallas, etc.
