How many upper blepharoplasty can a person have? Is there a cap? Can I get second upper eyelid revision? (Photo)

How many upper blepharoplasty can a person have? I had an upper blepharoplasty in 2019 and one revision in 2022 already. I'm afraid there is a cap and I've exceeded my chances for a revision. I would like to remove excess skin and fat (especially on my right eye). Do I still have another chance for revision? My biggest fear is not being able to close my eyes completely.
