You might benefit from a browlift as well. There is no true limit on the amount of surgeries done in an area as long as the surgery can be performed safely by a competent board certified plastic surgeon. I recommend finding a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Ideally, one with experience in facial aesthetic surgery.

I don't see any excess fat in your upper lids and you may actually be one of the types that will hollow out even more as you age so I'd be careful about removing too much fat here. There IS cap in how much you can remove, which is can you close your eyes. If you can't close your eyes anymore, then you should stop. If you can still close your eyes even with soft eye closure, you could probalby handle a little more eskin removal. But I would be very careful about going to a really good surgeon.

Thank you for the question and photo. There isn't a cap on the number of blepharoplasty procedures, and we use the same incision each time so there isn't an additional scar. We can check in the office how much skin you have to prevent eye closure issues, which you indicated is a concern for you.
