It is very likely that you have small cheek bones, condition known as malar hypoplassia. This results in early signs of lower eyelid aging and contributes to lower eyelids laxity, including visible roundness, bowing. Lower bleparoplasty and lower eyelid tightening would be procedures to consider, as well as bone augmentation by means of cheek implants or fat grafts.
