Blepharoplasty + Canthopexy or Brow Lift? (Photo)

Question

Hello! I'm 23 years old and want to do something about my eye area. I'm interested in the slanted look like Kylie Jenner has (I've uploaded a pic) but I'm vey confuse about which procedure should I do. I've been asking around doctor what would be best for me and some say only a brow lift, other say only a blepharoplasty and canthopexy. What do you think is better? The part I mostly dislike about my eyes is on the fourth pic Thank you

You would benefit from a browlift and blepharoplasty.  Your eyebrows are lower than the orbital rim and they should be slightly higher and you have some excess eyelid skin.

Thank you for your inquiry. This beautifull shape of your upper lid is inborn (you got it from your ancestors) and does not depend on your young age. This type can be classified to some degree as oriental. My absolute best recommendation, for you is to not have surgical intervention.
The chance of you being content with the outcome is highly unlikely, and the chance of serious regret is real.
Fooling with permanent irreversible surgical intervention should not be done on a whim of personal insecurity.
There’s no shortage of people happy to take your money.
Each unique persons individual facial appearance is primarily based on bone structure, not soft tissue coverage.
The chance of you getting the look, you’re hoping for is highly unlikely and should not be attempted.
Sorry to be a bit on the blunt side but I know potential problems when I see them. 
There should be a good reason to have a surgical intervention and you don’t have that.
