What can be done to correct my upper blepharoplasty results? Scars are very noticeable (photos)

It appears that your scars were placed too high on the eyelid, far above the eyelid crease, where the scar should be placed to stay hidden. Injection of nano fat grafts into the scars to correct dents should be considered. You may need an expert to do so. Good luck.

Most people who have an upper eyelid blepharoplasty will have a visible scar when they close their eyes.
Usually this is not a significant concern because when other people see us, we tend to have our eyes open.
The skin of the upper eyelid usually transitions in both color and thickness.
When a significant segment of this transitioning skin is removed there is an abrupt change in both texture, color and thickness at the incision lines or new scar. Often it’s the abrupt change that is most visible. Sometimes it is the actual scar often with hypo pigmentation that can be seen. To me, your results look typical and with your eyes open I don’t think there is evidence that you’ve had cosmetic surgery.
I don’t think your scar is any worse than a typical outcome.
With your eyes open, it’s not obvious that you’ve had surgery and I’m guessing that other than the scar the outcome is probably perceived as favorable.

I think it’s much more related to removing a segment of skin that has a natural transition that’s eliminated with having this procedure.For that reason, I would recommend against a scar revision, because I think it will end up looking the same.
