I had a rhinoplasty overseas 3 weeks and 2 days ago, i was lying on my back and playing with my phone & it dropped on my nose bridge ( it wasen't from a high distance) i felt a bit tenderness or slight pain/swelling or something for a minute or less , no bleeding no extra swelling, my nose looks absolutely the same and i felt around bones there's no bumps or anything irregular/different than before , did i damge my results??

Hi, it might be normal along the wound.
I wouldn't be too worried until you see your surgeon for your post op review.
Keep it clean and phone your nurse/surgeon if you experience pain, temperature or your nose smells bad. Good luck
That is very normal. You were probably told before surgery that the swelling on the nose goes up and down as time goes by until it eventually is all gone which may take about one year. So hang in there and don't look at you nose too much for at least another three months.
A tip rhinoplasty to reduce and suture the paired tip cartilages together can eliminate this crease also known as a bifid tip. It is a pretty standard procedure in rhinoplasty and should be successful. Best wishes, Dr. T.
