A tip rhinoplasty to reduce and suture the paired tip cartilages together can eliminate this crease also known as a bifid tip. It is a pretty standard procedure in rhinoplasty and should be successful. Best wishes, Dr. T.
I think that you need to post a photo. It might suggest a bifid tip, but that is smoothing you likely had all you life. Why do you only notice is now?
Your description sounds like a bifid nasal tip deformity. This is where the tip cartilages do not come completely together resulting in a vertical crease across the tip. This can be repaired by bringing the cartilages together through a tip rhinoplasty technique.
Hi Dun01,Depending on what work was done, the upper lip and smile can be affected in some cases following rhinoplasty. This is almost certainly temporary and should return as the swelling from the procedure resolves. Please keep your chin up and have confidence it will get better!!! : )Stay in...
Hello,Rhinoplasty specialists commonly reduce the radix during surgery. Based on your photos, I recommend you have a consultation with a rhinoplasty specialist who does computer imaging. With your hump removed, I'm not sure a radix reduction would be necessary. Computer imaging will help you...

Thank you for your question. I suggest that you consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to determine the cause of your flat bridge. You may be a candidate for Rhinoplasty, although, I have not seen a picture of your nose. Best wishes,
I went looking for the micro-rhinoplasty video. Cool tool, but any good surgeon could do the exact same thing with a file. But there's lots of other problems. When you take a hump off the nose, the bridge appears wider, and so you have to narrow the bridge so the nose still looks natural. It's...
