A tip rhinoplasty to reduce and suture the paired tip cartilages together can eliminate this crease also known as a bifid tip.  It is a pretty standard procedure in rhinoplasty and should be successful.  Best wishes, Dr. T.

I think that you need to post a photo.  It might suggest a bifid tip, but that is smoothing you likely had all you life.  Why do you only notice is now?

Your description sounds like a bifid nasal tip deformity. This is where the tip cartilages do not come completely together resulting in a vertical crease across the tip. This can be repaired by bringing the cartilages together through a tip rhinoplasty technique.
