I had rhinoplasty six months ago. Why are there dents on the sides of my columella? Should I consider revision? (Photo)

nosejobthings
Hi doctors, Six months ago I underwent a rhinoplasty where the doctor corrected my deviation, lifted my tip, and shaved a hump. I love everything about my new nose except that when you look at it from below, you can see that there are dents in the skin on both sides of the columella. One side is more dented and I can feel that skin is dented when I touch it. Is this scar tissue? Will it ever go away and should I consider revision
