if i get a revision, is it helpful to go on it before my surgery? I have been advised by some doctors that it will help tremendously

Accutane can be helpful in rhinoplasty toaddress thick skin.  In low doses, usedin advance, it can thin otherwise thick skin and thus help make it easier tocreate more definition.  I don’t believe itis accurate to say it helps "healing" though.

It helps "thin" the skin and allows for better and quicker definition of the nasal tissues.
