(Unrefined tip and c-shaped deformity). Many doctors advised I have my revision with the same doctor who did my primary rhinoplasty. I'm 8 months after revision and it pains me to see no improvement (columella scar is gone but nostrils are more uneven). My main concerns were the unrefined tip & c-shaped deformity (from surgery). This doctor is very reputable and patients travel out of state to see him. 1st picture is a comparison of my nose before/after primary rhinoplasty & after revision.
