Middle part of nose appears somewhat pinched and feminized. Can this be reversed?

I had rhinoplasty 5 months ago where lateral osteotomies was performed. I’m not happy with how my nose blends with my face. The middle part appears to curve in. I feel it looks a bit pinched and feminized. Can this be reversed? Thank you!

There can be a tremendous amount of swelling after a rhinoplasty, especially after the cast is removed. Unfortunately, even the nose does not swell the same on one side as it can on the other and asymmetry during the healing period is incredibly common. Taping is a very common and effective...
