Middle part of nose appears somewhat pinched and feminized. Can this be reversed?

I am having some difficulty visualizing the exact area of your concern from the photos that you have submitted.  The mid portion of your nasal dorsum is mostly composed of cartilage.  Collapse or pinching of this area can occur following rhinoplasty if the upper lateral cartilages are not suspended after hump reduction.  Spreader grafts are very effective for this particular deformity.  

It is not easy to comment with just one photograph of your nose, but if you have concerns with the results of your rhinoplasty this is something that can be addressed through a revision operation. You will likely need some cartilage grafting in order to restore a better dorsal line and more strength to your nose. This is a correctable problem, talk with your surgeon or seek other opinions.
