Middle part of nose appears somewhat pinched and feminized. Can this be reversed?

I had rhinoplasty 5 months ago where lateral osteotomies was performed. I’m not happy with how my nose blends with my face. The middle part appears to curve in. I feel it looks a bit pinched and feminized. Can this be reversed? Thank you!

These two procedures can definitely be combined and it is very logical to have one operation to accomplish both goals rather than two. However, it needs to be done by someone who has experience doing this combination to produce a successful outcome.

It is not unusual for the nose to not appear straight in the early postoperative period.  Taping and pressure can both help in modifying the healing process to straighten the nose.
